Blinkit customer care number, complaints and refunds

Blinkit has no customer care phone number. Its terms say “Blinkit does not run any call centre”, so every genuine complaint starts in chat.

Refund late: give your bank the refund reference shown on the order.

No genuine refund needs a fee, an OTP, your UPI PIN or a screen-sharing app (how the scam works).

How to contact Blinkit customer care in the app

Open the Blinkit app and sign in.
Open the order you need help with, or the help section in your account, and start a chat.
Choose the problem and attach photos of missing, wrong or damaged items.
Save the order ID and the chat. Blinkit’s terms say order problems should go to chat support first.

How long does a Blinkit refund take?

What Blinkit’s terms of use say about refunds:

Approved returns and cancellations are refunded “within 7 working days” of the approval, after Blinkit’s own checks.
If Blinkit cancels the order itself, the refund starts within about 72 hours.
Money paid by UPI, card or net banking goes back the same way, or as Blinkit credit, cashback or a coupon. When it shows in your account depends on your bank.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded only as promo codes, which expire 30 days after they are issued.
Once a refund has been issued as credit or a coupon, it cannot be moved to another payment method.

If money left your account but no Blinkit order was placed, the payment usually reverses on its own. Raise it with your bank or UPI app as well as with Blinkit, and check the RBI deadline for failed UPI payments if it does not.

How to cancel a Blinkit order

You can ask to cancel, but the Terms say a cancellation is “subject to acceptance” by Blinkit.
Blinkit can cancel an order itself, for example when an item is out of stock, a price or product detail was shown wrongly, or it suspects fraud.

If a cancellation fee looks unfair, dispute it in the app first and then with the grievance officer.

What to do if Blinkit delivers a wrong, damaged or expired item

Delivered items are generally not returnable. The exceptions are items that are damaged, defective, expired at delivery or not what you ordered.
Blinkit asks for proof, “including images/video”, before it resolves the complaint.
The Terms set no single deadline. Each product shows its own return conditions, so report a problem the same day.
For food-safety problems, Blinkit’s Terms point to FSSAI’s Food Safety Connect app.

Photograph the item, its expiry label and the bill before you open or throw anything away, then report it in the Blinkit app the same day.

How to escalate a Blinkit complaint

Go one step at a time, and quote the order ID and your ticket number at each one.

Help in the app. Chat from the order screen in the Blinkit app. Ask for a ticket or complaint number and screenshot the chat.
Grievance officer. Write to the officer named under Blinkit grievance officer.
Nodal officer. Then the nodal officer, listed in the same section.
National Consumer Helpline. Call 1915, WhatsApp 88000 01915, or file at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
Consumer commission. If the helpline does not settle it, file online on e-Daakhil.

Fake Blinkit customer care numbers and refund scams

Directory and forum pages list numbers Blinkit does not publish, and fraudsters use them to hijack refunds.

Any “Blinkit helpline” number is fake. If a number is not on Blinkit’s own website, do not call it.

If you have already lost money, call 1930 immediately or report at cybercrime.gov.in, then tell your bank.
