Zepto Cafe is Zepto’s 10-minute food service: coffee, snacks and simple meals made at small counters inside Zepto dark stores. It has at least 281 cafes in 27 cities, more than Bistro and Swish put together, and it is the only 10-minute food service outside Bengaluru and Delhi NCR.
The cafe menu shows in the Zepto app only when a Zepto dark store with a cafe counter serves your address.

- Set your exact delivery address first. Only some Zepto dark stores have a cafe counter, so getting Zepto groceries at your address does not mean you also get Zepto Cafe.

How Zepto Cafe works and how it has grown
Each Zepto Cafe counter is run by two or three people. They make coffee, sandwiches, snacks and simple meals to order, and the dark store’s own riders deliver them. Zepto needs no separate kitchen or delivery fleet for the cafe, which is how Zepto Cafe reaches far more cities than Bistro or Swish.
The network has grown and shrunk more than once. Zepto had over 120 cafes in November 2024 and more than 600 by November 2025. It then paused about 200 in areas with weak demand and moved their staff to picking and packing. Earlier, in June 2025, about 44 cafes in smaller North Indian cities were paused, and about 80% of them later reopened.
Maharashtra has the most cafes by state (about 85, counting Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and four smaller cities), followed by Karnataka (about 50) and Telangana (about 40).
