How to order from Supertails and what to expect
- Order in the Supertails app or on its website, with your exact address set. The 30-minute option shows only for homes near one of its dark stores.
- Bengaluru has the best coverage, with about 20 stores, then Mumbai with about 10. Each Delhi NCR city has fewer than 5.

How Supertails works and how it has grown
Supertails sells online and runs vet clinics in Bengaluru. It is the only pet specialist with its own dark stores, a much smaller network than the grocery apps run.
Growth has fallen short of plan. When Supertails raised a $30 million Series C in February 2026, 30-minute delivery was live in Bengaluru and had just begun in Mumbai. It aimed for more than 60 dark stores across Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru by the end of that quarter. It had 45 stores in August 2026 and has 44 now, so it has not reached that target.
About half the stores are in Bengaluru (about 20). The Mumbai region (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai) and Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Manesar) make up the rest. The company has named Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata as its next cities.
